But something about tracking your phone usage using bar graphs on your phone never quite seems to provide the incentive to actually stop using your phone.

Meet Ubble. Our forthcoming digital wellness pet.

The premise is simple: Your Ubble lives on your phone, but hot damn does it like to sleep a lot. In fact, in needs to sleep or it will die.

Sound scary? It should be. This little creature’s life is in your hands. Now the important part: because it lives on your phone, it can’t sleep when you’re using your phone. Screens are bright, youtube videos are loud, tiktok is... tiktok. So your only option is to turn off your phone, let your little buddy get some shut eye, and go do something else with your day.
